Spiritual and holistic events in Bengaluru

Bengaluru has one of the busiest weekly practice scenes in the country: breathwork and meditation after work, sound baths in Indiranagar and Koramangala studios, ecstatic dance on weekends and day retreats on the farms outside the city. Much of it is designed for people with full-time jobs, which makes it a good place to build a regular practice rather than a one-off experience.
