- Do I need to know how to dance?
- No. There are no steps to learn and nobody is watching. You move however your body wants to, at your own pace, and you can rest whenever you need to.
- What are the usual guidelines?
- Most dances ask for no talking on the dance floor, no phones, no alcohol or substances, and respect for other people's space. The facilitator explains the agreements at the start.
- How do I book a place?
- It depends on how the practitioner set up the event. If they turned on online payments, you book and pay from the event page. If not, you express your interest and arrange the details directly with whoever leads it.
