For people who run a space
Host retreats and holistic events at your venue
Wanderer (wanderer.live) is a platform for spiritual and holistic events: meditation, yoga, ceremonies, sound healing, breathwork, retreats. If you run a yoga studio, a retreat centre, a farmhouse or a villa, anywhere in the world, you can create a free page for your venue and get found by practitioners looking for a place to hold their events. You describe the space, they write to you, and the events you have hosted stay on the page.
How your venue page works
One page, written for the people who organise: the details a practitioner would ask for in their first message anyway.
Describe the space
A cover photo and up to ten photos of the rooms, the practice room and its size, how many people you can welcome, bedrooms and beds if you host retreats, catering, amenities and how to get there.
Choose what you host
Three formats, on their own or together: the room by the hour, full days for workshops and practice days, residential retreats over several days. You also say what surrounds you (sea, mountains, countryside, woods) and what the place suits best: silence, ceremonies, trainings, hiking.
Receive enquiries
Organisers write to you from the page with the format, group size and dates. Your phone and WhatsApp only appear to people who have already written, so your contacts don't end up everywhere.
Show the events you host
When a practitioner links one of their events to your venue, it appears on your page and you get an email: if you don't recognise it, you can remove it. Retreat after retreat, the page shows what really happens at your place.
Which spaces can host holistic events
You don't need to be a yoga studio. Many spiritual retreats take place in farmhouses and country houses, many practice days in community and cultural spaces, many ceremonies outdoors.

Frequently asked questions
- How much does it cost to list my venue on Wanderer?
- Nothing. Creating and keeping your venue page is free, and Wanderer takes nothing from the agreements you make with organisers. You and the practitioner set the price of the space, the deposit and the terms directly, which is why there is no price list on the page.
- What kind of venue can I list?
- Any space suited to holistic and spiritual practice, in any country: yoga studios, retreat centres, farmhouses and country houses, villas, hotels, wellness centres, cultural spaces and associations, outdoor spaces. What matters is that the space really works for meditation, yoga, circles, ceremonies or retreats, and that the photos show it as it is.
- How do retreat organisers find me?
- Through the venue catalogue, where organisers search by area, format and type of space; through your venue page, which you can share with the people you already host; and through the events practitioners link to your venue, which show your name to everyone who joins. The catalogue is at wanderer.live/location.
- Can I rent out my room by the hour, without hosting retreats?
- Yes. For each venue you choose the formats you offer: hourly rental for classes, evening circles or sound healing sessions, full days for workshops and practice days, or residential retreats over several days. You can pick one or all three.
- Can I manage the page with other people?
- Yes. Whoever creates the page can add co-hosts, by email too if they are not on Wanderer yet: they can edit the page and receive the venue's notifications, such as messages and linked events.
- Does Wanderer take bookings for the space or handle contracts?
- No. Wanderer makes your venue visible and brings you the enquiries, then steps aside: availability, price, contract and insurance are agreed directly between you and the organiser. Those are the points worth putting in writing before every retreat.
- Are there practices I cannot host through Wanderer?
- Yes: events involving illegal substances are not allowed on Wanderer, in any form and however they are presented. Venues follow the same community rules as events.
