What is a booking tool for holistic practitioners?
It's how you organize your work: you publish events and sessions, collect bookings, receive payments and keep the contacts of the people who join. On Wanderer all of this lives on one page with its own link.
How much does Wanderer cost for a practitioner?
It's free as long as you don't turn on online payments. With online payments, each ticket sold carries a 7.5% service fee plus payment costs, only 2.5% with Wanderer Guide.
Can I take online payments for events and sessions?
Yes, if you turn them on. Payments go through our partner Gomry: cards, digital wallets, bank transfers and local methods, paid out to your bank account in a few days. You can also keep being paid directly.
Which practices does it work for?
For anyone who facilitates holistic and spiritual experiences: meditation, yoga, breathwork, sound healing, ceremonies, dance, shamanism, retreats and individual sessions. In person or online.
Can I publish retreats and events anywhere in India?
Yes. Whether you hold a weekly meditation in Bengaluru, a kirtan in Rishikesh, a yoga retreat in Goa or a teacher training in Dharamshala, each event gets its own page with date, venue and how people join. You can also publish online sessions for people outside India.
How do I publish a holistic event on Wanderer?
Create your practitioner profile, then add the event with its date, venue or online link, description and how people join. Once published it appears on your page and in the catalogue, where seekers find it by practice and by city. Publishing is free as long as you don't turn on online payments.
Do I need a website?
No. Your Wanderer page already has a link for your bio or WhatsApp, with events, sessions and bookings. If you want a site of your own, there is Wanderer Studio.
How do I reach the people who booked?
From each event's dashboard you see every participant and their status, send messages when needed and export the list with their contacts.
Do I need a certificate to offer my practice on Wanderer?
No. We don't ask for certificates to create your page or publish events, and Wanderer doesn't verify them. If you trained with a school or hold a certificate, you can mention it on your profile. People who find you look at your page, your past events and reviews from the community.
Can I publish a multi-day retreat?
Yes. When you create the event, choose a multi-day duration and add the start and end dates, venue, schedule and what the price includes. The retreat shows on your page and in the catalogue. If you turn on online payments, people book and pay for their place on Wanderer; otherwise they express interest and you agree on the price and deposit directly.
Can I offer online sessions from outside Italy?
Yes. Online one-to-one sessions work from anywhere: you set the practice, length, price and language, and people find them on your profile and on the sessions page, wherever they live. Many sessions on Wanderer are already online and in English. If you turn on online payments they book and pay there; otherwise they express interest and you agree directly.

Yes. Wanderer (wanderer.live) is a platform for publishing holistic and spiritual events and one-to-one sessions: a website and a web app you can install on your phone, with no app-store download. You create your page, publish the event, and people looking for a practice find it by discipline and by city. Publishing is free until you turn on online payments.
How is Wanderer different from a general event platform?
On a general event platform your retreat sits next to concerts and cooking classes. Wanderer is built only for holistic and spiritual practice: people find you by discipline, your one-to-one sessions can run online for clients anywhere, and your page shows your bio, sessions, past events and community reviews. Publishing is free until you turn on online payments.

Yes. If you run a yoga studio, a farmhouse, a villa or a retreat centre, you can create a free page for your venue: photos, practice room, bedrooms, amenities and formats (by the hour, full days, residential retreats). Practitioners looking for a place to hold their events write to you from the page, and the events you host appear on it.
