How does account verification work?
The check turns on right away, together with Wanderer Guide. In the following days we get in touch for a short introductory call with the team: you don't need to do anything. The check does not certify qualifications, training or skills.
How does priority in discovery and on the homepage work?
In the 30 days before the date your events go ahead of all the others, in discovery and in the homepage showcase. Your individual sessions are always among the first in the catalogue.
How do I choose my event of the month on the homepage?
In My space, under every upcoming event and published session, you'll find “Feature it”. You pick one a month: choosing another in the same month replaces the previous one.
How do the lower fees work?
On tickets sold online the fee is 7.5% plus payment costs. With Wanderer Guide it drops to 2.5% plus payment costs.
What is Circle?
It's your community space: the people who expressed interest, took part, follow you or reviewed you, with contacts and notes. You can also import your own contacts from a CSV file or paste them.
What's in the dashboard?
Views, interested people, participants, saves, followers and online revenue, with the trend of the last 12 weeks and practical tips on what to improve.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes, anytime from your subscription settings. Yearly gives you 2 months free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the subscription settings. Wanderer Guide stays on until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to my individual sessions if I cancel?
Only the first individual session you created stays published. The others go back to draft: you'll find them untouched and can republish them by turning Wanderer Guide back on.
Do I need online payments turned on to get Wanderer Guide?
No. Wanderer Guide is independent from online payments for events and individual sessions.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. After every payment you get a receipt and an invoice by email from Stripe, which sells Wanderer Guide on our behalf through Link. Your statement shows LINK.COM.
