There are doors within you that most people never open.
DMT Activation Breathwork is an immersive journey that uses the power of your own breath to dissolve the boundary between ordinary awareness and the extraordinary landscapes of your inner world. No substances. No shortcuts. Just breath, intention, and the intelligence of your own nervous system.
Through a specific pattern of connected, rhythmic breathing, your body naturally shifts its biochemistry — increasing oxygen flow, altering CO₂ levels, and activating states of consciousness that researchers associate with endogenous DMT release. What participants experience varies: geometric visions, encounters with inner archetypes, emotional breakthroughs, waves of bliss, or simply a deep, cellular stillness they have never touched before.
This is not relaxation. This is exploration.
The session is held in a safe, intentional container guided by an experienced facilitator. Every participant is supported through the process — before, during, and after. The journey is followed by a period of integration and a closing circle where experiences can be shared.
This workshop is open to all adults in good physical and mental health. No prior breathwork experience is needed. Please avoid attending if you are pregnant, have a history of cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, severe anxiety disorders, or recent psychiatric episodes. If in doubt, consult your doctor before joining. Come on an empty or light stomach (no heavy meals 2–3 hours before). Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and eye mask if you have one.
A guided journey using an intensive connected breathing pattern designed to naturally activate altered states of consciousness — without any external substances. Through sustained rhythmic breathing, participants often report vivid inner visions, deep emotional releases, tingling sensations, and profound states of expanded awareness sometimes described as similar to endogenous DMT release. Sessions include a breathwork induction (45–60 min), integration time, and a closing group share. Music is carefully curated to support each phase of the journey.
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and meet the facilitator. Avoid alcohol and recreational substances for at least 24 hours before. Drink water throughout the day. Set a clear intention for your journey — even a simple one. After the session, keep your evening free: integration is part of the experience.
